Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of First Horizon National Corporation will be held in the M-Level Auditorium at the First Tennessee Building, 165 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN on April 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Central time.
