ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING NATIONAL LOTTERY PRIVATIZATION TENDER

 

Subject: Statement made pursuant to Circular VIII, No: 54 of the Capital Markets Board.

 

 

 

 

Special Subjects:

 

On April 15, 2009, we announced that through our 100% owned subsidiary Turktell Bilisim Servisleri A.S. we submitted a binding bid for the tender of the privatization of the games of chance, which belongs to the National Lottery General Directorate.

 

The aforementioned tender that was held today was cancelled since the bidders did not raise the bids for the amount set by Privatization Administration Tender Commision.
