Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 9, 2018, Paulee C. Day, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Assistant Secretary of MarineMax, Inc. (the “Company”) was terminated without Good Cause by the Company (pursuant to the Company’s Severance Policy for Key Executives described below). Ms. Day will be subject to substantially the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Company’s Severance Policy for Key Executives, which is described in the Company’s most recently filed proxy statement and filed as an Exhibit to the Company’s Form 8-K filed on November 27, 2012.
The Company wishes to express its appreciation to Ms. Day for over 15 years of dedicated service to the Company and wishes her well in the future.
