Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 24, 2018, Sensata Technologies Holding plc (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will conduct a conference call on April 24, 2018 at 8:00 AM eastern time to discuss its first quarter financial results and its outlook for the second quarter and full year 2018.
