Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 10, 2015, Louis Imbrogno and Carl Wistreich each tendered their resignation from True Drinks Holding, Inc.’s (the “Company”) Board of Directors, effective immediately. Messrs. Imbrogno and Wistreich, each of whom has served on the Company’s Board of Directors since 2012, are both resigning for personal reasons and not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
