On December 5, 2014, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Managers of Sanchez Production Partners LLC (the “Company”) approved the following compensation with respect to the Company’s executive officers: an increase in salaries, establishment of 2014 cash bonus amounts and established for each executive officer of the Company referenced above are set forth in the following table:
