“América Móvil informs about acquisition of spectrum in Mexico”

Mexico City, November 28, 2016. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX] [NASDAQ: AMOV] [LATIBEX: XAMXL], announced today that its subsidiary Radiomóvil Dipsa, S.A. de C.V. (“Telcel”), has entered into an agreement with Grupo MVS, S.A. de C.V. (“Grupo MVS”), to indirectly acquire approximately 60 MHz of spectrum of which Grupo MVS owns in the 2.5 GHz band, in different regions of the country.

The agreement executed as of this date is subject to certain corporate and regulatory conditions, including the prior approval from the Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones.
