Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Plans

On April 30, 2019, Dr. Wolfgang Hiller, Senior Vice President, European Operations and Aftermarket, resigned from his position at Superior Industries International, Inc., effective June 30, 2019, to pursue other interests.
