Other Events

On March 8, 2018, Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by the Listing Qualifications Staff of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company is in compliance with all applicable listing standards for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, including the $35 million market value of listed securities requirement. As a result, the Company’s securities will continue to be listed on Nasdaq.
