Aqua America, Inc. (the Company) hereby confirms, as disclosed in its press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended and six months ended June 30, 2017 issued on August 2, 2017, that the Companys 2017 guidance includes plans to spend more than $1.2 billion in infrastructure improvements through 2019 in existing operations to improve and strengthen systems.
