On February 24, 2011, Avon Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Charles W. Cramb, Vice Chairman, Chief Finance and Strategy Officer, has been named Vice Chairman, Developed Market Group overseeing the commercial business units of North America and Western Europe, Middle East & Africa, effective March 1, 2011. He will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on an interim basis pending the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer.
