Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 6, 2008, Silicon Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”) announced by press release the Company’s results for its fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release was furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form 8-K dated May 6, 2008. On May 6, 2008, the Company hosted a live Webcast and conference call to discuss the results of the Company’s fiscal quarter ended March 28, 2008, and other business. A transcript of this Webcast and conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
