Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 12, 2007, Silicon Graphics, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a current report on Form 8-K that contained an error in the reported number of restricted stock units and options to purchase Company common stock that would be granted to Mr. Douglas M. Britt on December 17th, 2007. Mr. Britt will be granted 20,000 restricted stock units and stock options to purchase 100,000 shares of Company common stock on December 17, 2007.
