On March 28, 2005, Craig L. McKibben, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ampex Corporation (the “Company”), will make a presentation at an investor conference. A copy of the slide presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
