This current report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to supplement certain information reported in the Company’s current report on Form 8-K filed on September 27, 2005.

 

On September 27, 2005, InfoSpace, Inc. filed a current report on Form 8-K to report, among other matters, the retirement of Kathleen Rae, its president and chief operating officer. This amended current report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to report December 2, 2005 as the effective date of Ms. Rae’s retirement (such effective date was unknown at the time of filing the September 27, 2005 current report).
