Cypress Semiconductor Corporation today announced the appointment of Brad W. Buss as executive vice president of finance and administration and chief financial officer, effective immediately. The Company’s press release regarding Mr. Buss’s appointment, dated August 15, 2005, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
