On March 9, 2017, Sterling Construction Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and hosted a conference call announcing financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016. The transcript of the conference call is being furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
