On April 2, 2019, Senior Housing Properties Trust, or SNH, issued a press release announcing a restructuring of its business relationships with Five Star Senior Living Inc., or Five Star, pursuant to a transaction agreement with Five Star, and also released an investor presentation containing additional detail on the restructuring transactions.
