ChinaCache Director Resignation
ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. (“ChinaCache” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CCIH), the leading total solutions provider of internet content and application delivery services in China, today announced that Mr. Michael Ricks had resigned as a director on the board of directors of ChinaCache. Mr. Ricks’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with ChinaCache regarding its business, finance, accounting and/or any other affairs. The Company has no current plans to appoint a new director in place of Mr. Ricks.
