The shares held by OPI may be deemed to be indirectly beneficially owned by OrbiMed Capital GP III LLC ("Capital"), OrbiMed Advisors LLC ("Advisors") and Samuel D. Isaly ("Isaly"), and the shares held by Associates may be deemed to be indirectly beneficially owned by Advisors and Isaly. |
