On December 21, 2009, Forest Oil Corporation issued a press release announcing that it (i) has closed on the previously announced sale of assets to SandRidge Exploration and Production LLC and (ii) is calling for redemption all of the $150,000,000 principal amount outstanding of its 7¾% Senior Notes due 2014.
