On November 14, 2007, Daniel J. Santaniello submitted his resignation as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. and as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer of its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank. Mr. Santaniello has accepted employment with another financial services institution.
