The Company regretfully reports the death of its President, Chief Executive Officer and Director, Mr. Stanley Wong, on November 11, 2005. Mr. Wong served as our President and CEO since February 10, 2003.  We wish to extend our condolences to Mr. Wong’s family.

Our Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Harmel S. Rayat, a current Director, Secretary, Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer to the additional position of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 14, 2005.
