Explanation of Responses:
(1) The Reporting Person is a director of UnitedGlobalCom, Inc., which owns 237,210,890 Ordinary Shares of the Issuer. The
Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these Ordinary Shares and this Report shall not be deemed an admission
that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such Shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
(2) The Reporting Person entered into a credit agreement in February 2000 pursuant to which he pledged shares of the Issuer as
collateral. Pursuant to the terms of such agreement the lender sold a portion of the collateral.
