Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 5, 2015, Lynda Cranston, 67, was elected to the board of directors of DelMar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”). Ms. Cranston will also serve as Chair of the Company’s Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee. From April 2002 to June 2013 Ms. Cranston was President and Chief Executive Officer of Provincial Health Services Authority in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ms. Cranston received her BScN from the University of Ottawa and her MScN from the University of Western Ontario. Ms. Cranston’s healthcare industry and executive knowledge and experience qualify her to serve on the Company’s board of directors
