Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On December 1, 2006, EGL, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), paid Charles Leonard, the Company’s principal financial officer, a bonus of $66,084.89 under the Company’s 2006 Incentive Bonus Plan for Executive Management Employees.   Mr. Leonard’s bonus amount represents a portion of a contractually agreed minimum guaranteed bonus amount for the first year of his employment.
