Cincinnati, Ohio — Barry D. Levy, a founding partner of O’Connor, Acciani & Levy, has been selected for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 100. 

The invitation-only organization identifies civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial lawyers from each state through a multi-phase process that includes peer nominations, third-party research, and independent evaluation of qualifications related to leadership, reputation, and trial experience.

In a letter confirming the selection, The National Trial Lawyers recognized Levy’s inclusion in its Top 100 membership organization. Levy has been with O’Connor, Acciani & Levy since the firm’s founding in 1992. 

Over more than three decades of practice, he has represented personal injury clients throughout Greater Cincinnati and the surrounding tri-state region in cases involving car accidents, truck accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and catastrophic injuries. The firm maintains offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, Covington, and Florence.

The selection adds to a series of professional recognitions for the firm’s attorneys. O’Connor, Acciani & Levy holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, and five of the firm’s attorneys have been named to the Super Lawyers or Rising Stars lists. The firm also maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
