Veteran technology finance executive brings deep experience scaling global software companies, strengthening operational discipline, and supporting strategic growth milestones

Carlson joins Team Cymru with more than 30 years of executive leadership experience helping technology companies scale operations, improve financial performance, and navigate critical growth milestones including institutional investment, strategic acquisitions, and global expansion.

As CFO, Carlson will oversee Team Cymru’s global finance organization and will guide the company’s continued expansion as organizations increasingly seek greater visibility into internet infrastructure, threat activity, and the risks shaping today’s cyber landscape.

Carlson most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at MATRIXX Software, where he supported increased profitability, strengthened cash flow, and optimized global operations. Throughout his career, he has held senior financial leadership positions at innovative technology organizations including Arine, Twin, Cisco Jasper, and Seagate Technology.

His experience spans SaaS, telecommunications, healthcare technology, enterprise infrastructure, and global operations. Carlson has led organizations through funding rounds, strategic transformations, international expansion initiatives, and large-scale operational growth programs.
