On January 26, 2024, Keenan & Associates notified individuals that the company experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed sensitive consumer data entrusted to the company. According to Keenan & Associates, they determined that information stored on their servers may have been subject to unauthorized access on August 21, 2023. Keenan & Associates determined that the information exposed in the data breach includes: name, date of birth, Social Security number, passport number, driver’s license number, health insurance information and general health information.
