Dr. Giovanni Colella, who co-founded Vanna Health and has led the company since its inception, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman, where he will remain actively engaged in strategy, partnerships, and governance.

Dr. Liz Kwo joined Vanna Health in February 2026 as President. As CEO, she will help lead the company's next phase of national growth, partnering closely with leadership on multi-state expansion, deeper payer partnerships and continued scaling of Vanna's community-based care model and technology platform delivering measurable impact across multiple states and thousands of lives.

Dr. Kwo is a physician, entrepreneur and healthcare executive whose career spans clinical medicine, health technology and large-scale healthcare operations. She has built and scaled healthcare organizations, worked closely with national health plans and community health organizations, and brings a combination of operational expertise, analytical rigor and deep empathy to every role she serves including her previous roles at Deputy Chief Clinical Officer at Elevance, Chief Commercial Officer at Everlywell, and CEO at InfiniteMD.

A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Harvard Business School, and Harvard School of Public Health, Dr. Kwo has spent her career at the intersection of technology and care delivery, with a consistent focus on improving outcomes for populations historically underserved by the healthcare system. She joins Vanna Health not only as an experienced operator, but as a leader deeply aligned with the company's mission and values.
