The Executive Leadership Intensive

Delivered across four strategic live online sessions from September 21–24, 2026, the programme is designed for supervisors, managers, department heads, team leaders, business owners and professionals preparing for greater leadership responsibility.

Participants will examine practical leadership challenges including:

The programme is built around the realities managers encounter when they are responsible for people, performance and results.

Learn From International Executive Faculty

The programme will be led by Professor Joel Farnworth, DBA, who brings more than 34 years of international leadership and human capital experience across 46 countries.

Professor Farnworth spent 22 years with HSBC across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and has worked with or supported leadership initiatives involving organisations including Mitsubishi Electric, Bank of Ghana, Bank Muscat, the Red Cross and the British Government.

Investment: $400 per participant
