Market Winners & Losers: Janus Capital, Allegheny Energy

The markets started the week off with a roar as the major indices rose on a number of banking upgrades and a better-than-expected earnings report from Lowe’s. The Dow gained 2.9%, the S&P rose 3% and the Nasdaq closed up 3.1%.
