AGCO Appoints Debra Kuper as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

AGCO Corporation (NYSE:AG), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced today that it has appointed Debra Kuper as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Kuper joined the Company on January 1, 2008.

Ms. Kuper has a broad range of legal experience. She joined AGCO from Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, Illinois, where she served as Senior Corporate Counsel. She oversaw Caterpillar’s corporate governance, securities, tax and regulatory compliance group. Prior to joining Caterpillar, she served as Associate General Counsel of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in Bentonville, Arkansas where she handled international commercial agreements and litigation. She received her J.D. from Marquette University and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

Ms. Kuper replaces Stephen Lupton who retired from the General Counsel role effective April 30th.
