Compass Diversified Holdings to Release Fourth Quarter and Year End Financial Results on March 12, 2008 - - - Management to Hold Conference Call at 9 a.m. ET

WESTPORT, Conn., Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (NASDAQ:CODI) announced today that it plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, on Wednesday, March 12, 2008, during pre-market hours, and has scheduled a conference call to discuss the results at 9:00 a.m. ET that morning.

The conference call will feature remarks by I. Joseph Massoud, Chief Executive Officer, and James J. Bottiglieri, Chief Financial Officer. Anodyne Medical Device, Inc. and its consolidated subsidiaries, referred to as AMD, is a manufacturer of medical support surfaces and patient positioning devices, primarily used for the prevention and treatment of pressure wounds experienced by patients with limited or no mobility.
