Matt Forte teams with microfinance group to distribute $3M to underserved communities

Matt Forte's What's Your Forte Foundation and the Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives Micro Finance Group said they're teaming up to create a program to provide financial assistance to Chicago's African American business community.
