Verdant Ventures is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Redman as CEO. Tim joined Verdant Ventures in April of this year as Managing Director having spent many years in executive real estate development roles in Africa.
Tim has extensive experience in development companies and the full life cycle of mixed-use developments, across multiple geographic and cultural borders. Coupling this experience with in-house developments, as well as with joint venture partners, will help propel Verdant Ventures more fully into the African market. We anticipate great things to come under his leadership.
Highlights of his career include the following:
- $3B+ in project value management spread over more than 12 major real estate developments including retail, hospitality, housing, leisure estate, convention centers, marinas and golf estates.
- CDO of Gateway Real Estate Africa, a private real estate development company based in Mauritius, that specializes in the turnkey construction of accommodation for multinational corporations and retailers on the African continent.
- CEO of Ciel Properties where he held board positions on a number of the Ciel property cluster leisure and development companies, including the asset management committee of the Four Seasons Golf and Hotel development.
- CEO of Omran, the Real Estate Management and Development Company of the Sultanate of Oman where he successfully managed the set-up and delivery of company and project structures.
