(“FSP”, “our” or “we”) (NYSE American: FSP), a real estate investment trust (REIT), announced today that it entered into a new lease for space at its 801 Marquette Avenue redevelopment property and its 121 South Eighth Street property in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Deluxe Corporation will lease approximately 71,000 square feet at 801 Marquette Avenue and approximately 23,000 square feet at 121 South Eighth Street, for a combined total of approximately 94,000 square feet. 801 Marquette Avenue and 121 South Eighth Street are now each stabilized at approximately 92% leased. The lease has an initial term of approximately 16 years.
