Veteran Producer Suzanne DeLaurentiis hosts "Suzanne's Saturday Night Scares," premiering in July

Her new series, "Suzanne's Saturday Night Scares" marks her return on-camera, and showcases the best of the older classic horror films and interviewing special horror icon guests about fun facts and behind-the-scenes secrets

LOS ANGELES, CA, June 26, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions is proud to announce the new series, "Suzanne's Saturday Night Scares," which highlights the best of old-time cult classic horror films and the filmmakers, artists, and behind-the-scenes crew that brought the genre to life.

Award-winning independent producer Suzanne DeLaurentiis first entered the industry as an opera singer and actress, studying at Carnegie Hall, and performing in various Broadway and off-Broadway productions as well as television and film. She then spent the next thirty-five years in the industry shepherding the development of over a hundred feature films, television features, and documentaries.

She is best known for her work on the award-winning mafia drama, "10th and Wolf," written and directed by Oscar Winner Bobby Moresco starring James Marsden, Giovanni Ribisi, and the late Dennis Hopper. She received a Commendation Medal in 2010 from the United States Military for her support to the mental and financial well-being of veterans through her program, "Operation Hollywood," which trains veterans to have careers in the film business. This award is rarely given to civilians who are recognized for their significant and meritorious achievement.

Her new series, "Suzanne's Saturday Night Scares" marks her return on-camera, and showcases the best of the older classic horror films and interviewing special horror icon guests about fun facts and behind-the-scenes secrets. Some distinguished guests include Morgan Fairchild from the cult classic, "The Initiation of Sarah," and Lara Parker of Dark Shadows fame. The series is filmed in a historic Los Angeles haunted home built in 1929 by Robert T. Moore.

The production team includes longtime collaborators: director Dale Fabrigar and cinematographer John Lazear. Lee Turner will be doing the team as a writer and Anni Fard will co-produce.
