Cannabis Central: Revised Non-Penny Pot Stock Index Declined 1.4% Friday

The constituents in the NPSI declined from 39 to 36 this past week and, on Friday, the index declined 1.4%. Only eight constituents went up, 27 went down and one had no change in price. In addition, eight of the nine categories declined.
