eMetrix Systems Selected for Membership in Avaya DevConnect Program

The Reporting Engine® is a product of eMetrix Systems LLC based in Florida.

Several contact center managers and executives joined forces to conceptualize an ideal business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solution tailored to a contact center environment.
