The TSX-V has acknowledged that the COVID-19 outbreak presents significant challenges for reporting issuers in meeting certain of their obligations under TSX-V rules and as such have extended the delays for the holding of shareholder meetings and stock option plan approval provisions up to December 31, 2020.
As the COVID-19 outbreak, particularly in the Montreal area, continues to evolve, the Company has decided to rely on the relief provided by the TSX-V and is postponing its AGM to Q4 2020. The health and safety of its team members and shareholders is of utmost importance to the Company and as such the new date, time and place of the AGM will be confirmed, via news release, once such date has been finalized.
