Roosevelt sailors scrub ship in 'bleach-a-palooza' to end COVID-19 outbreak

The USS Theodore Roosevelt is being cleaned top-to-bottom while in port in Guam, with 80 percent of the carrier scrubbed so far, following a coronavirus outbreak thought to have been caused by its aircraft operations.
