Stay Alfred Appoints Edmond Farrell to Vice President and General Counsel

Hospitality Innovator Adds 20-Year Global Real Estate Veteran to Its Executive Team

Stay Alfred, the hospitality startup that pioneered the travel apartment concept in the alternative accommodation space, today announced the notable appointment of Edmond Farrell to Vice President and General Counsel.

Farrell comes to Stay Alfred from the tech giant Oracle, where he served for more than four years as Managing Counsel of Global Real Estate. In this role, he managed legal for transactions and operations across the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific for a portfolio of 600-plus owned and leased facilities while providing strategic advice to management and the Board of Directors.

Prior to this role, Farrell held positions as Deputy General Counsel at Catholic Health Services of Long Island, a Partner at Farrell, Farrell & Burke and an Associate at Townley & Updike.

Throughout his career, Farrell has served on multiple professional boards including American Red Cross in Greater New York, Nassau County Bar Association and International Ocean Film Festival. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Duke University and a JD degree from Duke University of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York.
