The Avamere Family of Companies Supports Alzheimer's Awareness at Memories in the Making Gala

The Avamere Family of Companies attended and sponsored the Memories in the Making Art Auction & Gala in support of the Alzheimer’s Association. The event took place on Feb. 7, 2020, at the Hilton Hotel in Portland, Oregon.  

Leaders from Avamere and Signature Healthcare at Home, part of the Avamere Family of Companies, attended, including CEO Rick Miller. This year, the Memories in the Making event raised $238,000, which is higher than past years and $37,000 over the target goal for the Alzheimer’s Association. 

Attending the gala is just one of the ways the Avamere family shows its support for the Alzheimer’s Association. Team members will also participate in the 2020 Walk to End Alzheimer’s in late summer and early fall. They can also show their support by donating.  

Avamere and Signature Healthcare at Home provide care for seniors, including those living with Alzheimer’s disease. Together, they’re proud to support research and programs for a cure while continuing to be there for those who live with Alzheimer’s.
