Accent's building materials division supplies steel products for roofing, concrete, drywall and acoustical applications. CEO Bill Sims has been a client of CEO Coaching International for over a year.

To further support the success of the acquisition, PNC Bank, National Association closed a $57.3 million senior secured credit facility. Steel City Capital Funding (Steel City), a division of PNC Bank, provided a portion of the financing. Crossplane Capital seeks to invest in lower-middle-market companies with up to $200 million of revenue. The transaction is anticipated to help Accent continue its growth.
