RetroLock Hires New Operations Manager for Norcal Office

ORANGE COUNTY, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 10, 2019 / RetroLock Corporation, a woman-owned and operated interior finish company headquartered in Orange, CA, has a new operations manager at its Northern California Office. Chad Hall, previously of Swinerton Builders in NorCal, is taking the helm. CEO Tania Tomyn said the new hire is a "big move" and Hall is the ideal person for the job. An experienced leader, Hall will be "instrumental" to the success and growth of the new office while meeting the brand standard, she said.

Hall's career has been in interior door frame and hardware scopes, including work at Swinerton as well as KATERRA and Boyett Construction.

RetroLock (also known as RLC) opened the Concord office three years ago. One of Hall's key duties will be attracting more dynamic team members to contribute to the office's continued growth and expansion and RetroLock's mission of "changing the standard."

"We are truly integrated now with a full in-house engineering team, in-house CAD, 3D modeling and spec writing and pre-con team that can leverage measurable value for the developers that need high-end interiors but need to manage budgets on their high rise multi-family or hotel project," Tania Tomyn said. "We are building something unique. It's a major investment but worth every penny. When the GC, architect, developer, owner uses the tools we offer up, savings are captured. From doors, frames, and hardware to low-voltage or finish carpentry and millwork, we can handle any scope within our design-build services."

"Our clients need more value from us in this competitive and expanding market," Tania Tomyn added. "We are ready for that challenge. RetroLock is looking forward to 2020."
