Judge in Jeffrey Epstein case says jail death was 'unthinkable,' calls for prison reform

Jeffrey Epstein, a former friend of Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, as well as Prince Andrew, died in a suicide at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges.
