(CNSX:CROP.CN) (OTC:CRXPF) (Frankfurt:2FR) (the "Company" or "CROP") announces that further to its press release dated November 7, 2019, its non-binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with MYM Nutraceuticals. ("MYM") has been terminated.

CROP continues to engage in discussions with MYM and now with additional parties regarding alternative transactions focused on specific assets of the Company.
