USS Wasp departs from U.S. 7th Fleet in Japan, to be replaced by USS America

The USS Wasp has departed from the U.S. 7th Fleet after less than two years in Japan in a homeport shift, with the USS America set to replace it later this year, the Navy said Thursday.
