Now, he says, the average selling price for homes seems to be leveling out for a number of property types, which is good news for buyers. “Studio apartments in The Peaks area for instance,” says Albrecht, “are selling in the range of $130,000 to $145,000, as they have been for the past year. This is a significant change and good news for any sellers who own in this area.”
